Here’s a list of events that our happening nearby for you to come out and enjoy…

I always get the question “do you know someone” so I figured I would start adding it in to the monthly update! With that being said, if you want me to get the word out about your business, just let me know!! And if you have any open positions for full-time or part-time help, let me know and I’ll spread the word!!

21st Annual Rotary Duck Race & Family Picnic
Sat, June 2nd | 12pm – 4pm | Malapardis Pond
A great event for the whole family! To purchase your ducks for the race, contact your local Whippany Rotary Representative!! Lots of great prizes including a vacation to anywhere, iPad, Giants and Jets Tickets, Kindle, and over 150 other prizes!! We’re going to start the fun at 12 noon with a DJ, Face Painting, Horse & Buggy Rides, Free Food for children and many more fun activities. Hanover Wind Symphony: Rock ‘N’ Wind ’70’s Night
Sat, June 16th | 7pm | Ukrainian American Cultural Center, Whippany NJ
They are teaming up with YouChoose to put on Rock ‘N’ Winds ’70s Night. They’re combining their 65-piece symphonic band with the 10-piece YouChoose Band to perform YOUR requests from the 1970s. This is their big summer fundraiser and we know you’re going to have a great time. A portion of the proceeds will go to the New Jersey chapter of the Special Olympics. Click here to learn more…
Hanover Township July 4th Fireworks @ WPHS

Please join us for a 2012 Independence Day Celebration as the Township sponsors its annual Fireworks Display at the Whippany Park High School Athletic Field. In the event of rain, the fireworks will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2012 or the next clear night in case of inclement weather. The display will take place at approximately 9:15 p.m.

The summer series, “Songs Around The Campfire” contains familiar music and tunes we all know how to sing! It also celebrates and recognizes the 100th Anniversary of Boy Scouting (last year) and 100 Anniversary of Girl Scouting (this year). Click here to learn more…

Come join us for our 23nd Annual Whippany Fire Company Golf Outing being held at the Sky View Golf Club in Sparta NJ. This is a way to enjoy the day out on one of New Jersey’s pristine golf courses while supporting the volunteers at the Whippany Fire Company.The day includes breakfast, golf cart, light lunch on the course, buffet lunch, beer and beverages….
