I’m Henry – How can I help share a smile with you?

I’m a strategist fueled by curiosity, engagement, and dissatisfaction with the status quo. I am a digital native working to leverage real-world and digital experiences to drive client engagement and digital acquisition with over 20 years of experience. I love to develop and nurture teams to manage and deliver highly effective omni-channel creative programs. My perspective combines media with in-house experience to create a holistic strategic approach that generates true results and revenue.  

My journey began on the job sites of my family’s construction business, which led to starting a company of my own. That experience taught me the importance of client satisfaction, approaching each challenge with a smile, and understanding that with a little patience, anything is possible.

From there, I went on to study internationally. I’ve coordinated and guided cross-functional professionals from over 30 countries to ensure a cohesive, cooperative approach to fulfilling business needs. My leadership qualities, combined with my knack for adaptability, have been pivotal to my success. These skills have proven invaluable in my current role heading up the marketing group in an organization transitioning from the traditional world of publishing and media into the modern landscape of digital marketing.

I’m known as a collaborative, integrative, and critical thinker, masterful at making rapid assessments of business challenges and developing and leading the resulting action plans. I have an exceptional ability to develop and maintain corporate relationships resulting in bottom-line profits, client engagement, and organizational excellence. I’m also known for my upbeat and positive approach to problem-solving, never allowing a challenge to drag me down.

I believe that dedicated, skilled, and motivated individuals who are passionate about their work can and do make a difference in the world. I am inquisitive, love trying new things, enjoy learning, and I view challenges as opportunities for professional and personal growth. My highly organized, hands-on style has allowed me to accomplish some amazing goals and I’m always searching for my next adventure. Whether it’s switching out tools in our techstack, advancing a hoseline into a fire (in my second role as a local firefighter), or enjoying the best of what mother nature has to provide in the snow and surf, I’m always looking to get things done (and enjoy myself in the process).
