“People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing.”
– Dale Carnegie

When we’re young we’re encouraged to get out and play.  We use our imaginations to dream up new adventures which lead us to explore new things to find out why makes us smile.

So why is it that as we grow older we are expected to confirm to the norm.  We go to work where we follow the lines and silliness is shunned.

What happens when you encourage people to be themselves – to be a little silly and not take life so seriously?

That’s when we get true innovation and enjoyment out of what we do.  We can allow our passions to drive us and jump fully into what we are working on.

Or we can continue to believe that the lines are your friends and follow the mold….
