When you watch an Olympian just before their routine you can see their desire.  They are in a zone where they are envisioning exactly what they are about to experience whether it be conquering a mogul field or a nailing a routine on the floor – they are going over every movement, every breathe, every piece of the puzzle for them to achieve greatness.

This little trick works for everything we do in life.  Whether you’re preparing for a meeting, about to flow into a yoga pose or attacking a problem head on.  We all need to envision the best results and go into the situation expecting that we will achieve them.

There’s always going to get a few bruises along the way, though you’ll keep on perfecting it until it does play out exactly as you have expected.
